- Account Data: When you sign in using Google or Apple (OAuth), we collect standard profile information including your email address and basic profile details required to operate your account securely.
- User-Generated Content: If you utilize our Chat AI feature by uploading screenshots or inputting text for analysis.
- Device & Usage Data: Basic analytics data to ensure app functionality, track quotas, and ensure stability.
3. How We Process Data & Third-Party Sharing
- AI Processing: To provide you with intelligent responses, your uploaded screenshots and text inputs are securely transmitted to Google LLC (Gemini AI).
- Data Retention: We do not store your uploaded screenshots or textual queries on our servers. All user-generated inputs are transmitted to the AI provider purely for real-time analysis ("in-flight") and are immediately discarded by our application once a response is generated. Google LLC processes this data under its own privacy policy. We confirm that Google LLC provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy.
- Payments: Subscription purchases are handled securely through RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play. We do not process or store raw payment data (e.g., credit card numbers).
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols for data transmission between your device, our backend (Supabase), and our third-party AI providers.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You may delete your account directly inside the app by navigating to Account Settings -> Delete Account, or you may submit a request at our Data Deletion Page.
