  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
  • Not use our AI for illegal purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. AI Companion Disclaimers

Important Notice

Our AI companions are NOT therapists, doctors, or licensed professionals. AI responses are suggestions and should not be considered professional advice.

  • Do not rely on AI for mental health crises
  • For medical or mental health concerns, consult qualified professionals
  • AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate

4. Content Policy

Not Allowed

  • Violence and gore
  • Hate speech
  • Illegal content
  • Harassment
  • Content involving minors

Allowed (18+ Only)

  • Consensual romantic roleplay
  • Intimate conversations
  • Dating advice
  • Relationship counseling

5. Intellectual Property

  • AI Responses: Generated by AI based on user input
  • User Content: You retain rights to your conversations
  • Our Technology: AI models and systems are proprietary to SMIBIZ Technologies

6. Limitation of Liability

SMIBIZ Technologies LLP is not liable for:

  • Emotional distress from AI responses
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount paid by the user (or $0 for free users).

7. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of West Bengal / New Delhi
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration if both parties agree

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
