Auto-renews unless cancelled

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds Issued For:

  • App crashes on first use (technical defect)
  • Features not as advertised
  • Billing errors on our part

Refunds NOT Issued For:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses
  • Preference for another app
  • Subscription cancellation (no pro-rata)

Note: Store refund policies take precedence. We comply with all store policies.

How to Cancel Subscription

Via App

Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel

Via Google Play

Play Store app → Subscriptions → Find app → Cancel

Via App Store

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

Billing Issues

  • Payment Declined: We retry once, then place a 3-day hold
  • After 30 Days: Account suspended
  • After 90 Days: Account and data deleted

Users are responsible for keeping payment methods up to date.
