Refunds Issued For:
- ✓App crashes on first use (technical defect)
- ✓Features not as advertised
- ✓Billing errors on our part
Refunds NOT Issued For:
- ✗Change of mind
- ✗Dissatisfaction with AI responses
- ✗Preference for another app
- ✗Subscription cancellation (no pro-rata)

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
Billing Issues
- Payment Declined: We retry once, then place a 3-day hold
- After 30 Days: Account suspended
- After 90 Days: Account and data deleted
Users are responsible for keeping payment methods up to date.
