User Data Deletion

If you no longer wish to use Chat Guru AI, you can easily delete your account and all associated data permanently.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

1. Open the Chat Guru AI app on your device.
2. Tap on the Account tab in the bottom navigation menu.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice. All your data will be permanently wiped from our secure database immediately.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@smibiz.app with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request: Chat Guru AI".
2. Ensure you send the email from the exact same email address (Google or Apple login email) you used to sign up for the app.
3. Our team will verify and process the complete deletion of your account, reply history, and subscription flags within 72 hours.
