1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Chat Guru AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app. For iOS users, your use of the app is additionally subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Use of Service & AI Generation
Chat Guru AI is a tool designed to provide conversational hints and replies. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may be unpredictable or inaccurate. You agree not to use the app to generate harmful, illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
- Zero Tolerance: We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive activity.
- Reporting: Users can actively flag and report AI-generated responses that they find inappropriate directly within the chat interface. We monitor reports and take corrective action.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
The app offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions ("Chat Guru Pro").
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat Guru AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or the responses generated by the AI.
